Rates
My Fee Structure is based on an Hourly Rate is $35.  Monthly Retainer rates are available.  My fees are subject to increase annually.  My partnership with my clients is based on a verbal agreement of service. The monthly billing cycle is determined based on the day of the month when initial verbal service agreement is made and the final determination of services to be provided.  A monthly invoice is “Due Immediately Upon Receipt”.  Clients can pay me either by check or credit card.  In the event that three consecutive payments are received late, after every effort has been made, I will discontinue my relationship with you as a result of your breech in our mutual agreement.

Expenses          
Other than my time, I may incur expenses outside of “office supplies” in the course of our work.  My monthly invoice will itemize any such expenses.  I will retain original receipts and your receipt will be my invoice.

Status       
I am an independent contractor.  I own my business, pay my own taxes, work from my home office, use my own equipment, set my own hours, and bill you for my services.  We work together.  I do not work as your employee.  Upon your request I will supply you with IRS form W-9 providing you with my social security number and giving you certification that you are not responsible for withholding taxes.

You can be confident in knowing that all information that we share is held in strict confidence.  My level of professionalism and integrity is established and supported by extensive training and field experience; including the development of high standards for carrying out my policies of cooperation as well as accurate and timely work. You are responsible for decisions made about your work and your business.  I have a great deal of knowledge, and I will always share my thoughts, ideas and opinions.  It is always up to you to decide which, if any, to act upon.
